More than 1,000 people have died after a devastating earthquake hit Morocco on 9 September 2023- the worst in over 100 years. Buildings have been reduced to rubble with countless people rendered homeless overnight
The death toll is expected to increase, with the number of people injured and homeless – in need of food and essential items already climbing quickly.
With the assistance of our partners, Peace Matters Charity, will be providing emergency aid to those most in need. From food and blankets to mattresses and tents, we aim to provide as much aid and support as quickly as possible to affected families.
